The Kidney Foundation of Ohio is a Cleveland-based not-for-profit corporation dedicated to the prevention and control of kidney disease and its related diseases. The Foundation is the primary provider of direct service and financial aid programming to those with kidney disease throughout Northeastern Ohio. The Kidney Foundation of Ohio's mission is:

- to provide a broad program of assistance to persons with kidney disease and their families
- to promote and fund research for the study, prevention and treatment of kidney disease
- to promote and provide education programs for the general public, renal professionals, patients and their families.
